Shipping and delivery policy:

btpro.in will be shipping your order with a reputed partner carrier. It takes upto 2-5 business days for shipping to metro's and cities and upto 14 days for rural areas. We will try our best to deliver the products within mentioned timelines; however btpro.in would not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery of products or damage of the order while the order is in transit with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped through email or you can check your order status in your shopping account at www. btpro.in

 

 Cancellation and Refund (Internetfry.com 15 Day Return Policy)

btpro.in believes in customer satisfaction. If you find any defect in our print, we will make it perfect for you. This includes any manufacturer's defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or fading. If this occurs we will either replace your canvas print or fix it at our cost.

If you require a reprint or refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (Try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image). Customer can reprint / return within 15 days from receipt of order. Please contact us on eblacktea@gmail.com  we will be happy to assist you.

We assure you that you purchase any products directly from us and we will refund to you your purchase price within fourteen (15) calendar days of you notifying us in writing of your wish for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the Order Id and returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased that is in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise/products are subject to inspection and checking by us. Damages due to ignorance, incorrect usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Products ordered under Discount coupons and other promotional schemes may override "btpro.in 15 Days Returns Policy." Refund mode for Both Partial and Full Refunds is always same as the payment source, i.e the payment mode/ account you paid from.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
